Lindsey is a Paris based Marketing and Communication professional and Lost in Cheeseland is her collection of musings about her life in Paris, where she lives with her husband and cat.
Although Lost in Cheeseland has only been going since July 2009, already it contains plenty of thoughtful articles ranging from Celebrating Expat Life, where Lindsey listens to celebrity blogers Kristin Espinasse and Catherine Sanderson (both interviewed by A Taste of Garlic) talk about their experiences, to My Baby’s A Rock Star!, which details her husband’s obsession with climbing up rather large boulders.
Of course, when I discovered this blog, I headed straight towards Food Porn Vol 1 and gorged myself senseless before trotting over to Urban Festivities for a bit of exercise before spending the Weekend at Whipped Cream Castle. The last post, I have to admit, may or may not involve Lindsay and her friend Emily getting kidnapped, and led into the French wilderness to be tied to trees and forced to listen to Celine Dion speaking Qubecois French whilst being fed stale baguette and rotten cheese. You have been warned!
Lost in Cheeseland is defiantly a blog to watch; I don’t think that Lindsey is quite as lost as she pretends to be and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if, one day, a book appeared with her name on the cover. Who knows?
In the meantime, why not visit Lost in Cheeseland and catch up with what’s going on.
All the best
