A Taste of Garlic

La Prochaine Fois - Haute-Normandie

haute normandie La Prochaine Fois because we all love reading blogs about life in FranceLa Prochaine Fois is Cathy’s journal for the three things she loves most: art, food, and language. It is, I have to say, a strangely seductive blog with beautiful photographs, beautifully organised on the page (with rounded corners and all that stuff) and just enough words, no more and no less.

There is a lot of chocolate and pâtisserie love in this blog and I was surprised to see, from Cathy’s photo, that she doesn’t have a tummy the size of Belgium. She’s lucky then as I seem to have put on 2 kilos just reading her blog.

Although Cathy is based in Evreux in Normany, she seems to get out and about quite a bit. There are blog entries from Lyon and Paris (and even one from Germany… Mannheim but, I’ll let her off that one!)

A typical blog entry (and one to look at if you’re not sure if this blog is for you), would be her entry on Evreux.  See what I mean about the photos and just enough words?

There’s not too much about Cathy’s personal life in this blog:  No luvvy-duvvy boyfriend/girlfriend stuff.  Personally, I find the Pâtisserie stuff far more interesting!

And, if you want to know what I mean (providing you’re not on a diet), why not take a look at Almond Financiers – I still don’t understand why her tummy isn’t as large as my overdraft though?

The perfect blog to take with your afternoon tea? Dip into La Prochaine Fois and find out for yourself?

All the best
