A gratuitous 2CV post…..

Now, I know that this doesn’t really fit in anywhere in the normal Life in France type blogs that I normally review but…..

Whilst searching for blogs about that Auvergne I came over this lovely blog all about Citroen 2CVs!

Three days later I was dragged kicking and screaming from my computer! Where did that time go?

I have to warn you, if you are thinking of taking a quick look at www.Super2CV.com, lay in some extra supplies first!

And, replete as this blog is with words and images all about the greatest form of transport ever invented, there are also posts about that other great form of transport that only the French could have invented…..

Yes… The Solex!

There’s an awful lot about the Citroen 2CV in this blog (and did you notice how Etienne has an image of a blue one on his latest post – I’m sure that he, an expert, like most right thinking people, is all too aware that the blue ones go faster!)

There’s also loads of pictures of other Citroens (and even other cars; although who would want to look at another car when there are Citroen 2CVs to stare at is totally beyond me?)

The blog is sort of bi-lingual (some bits are in English as well as French – some are only in French) but really, it’s the pictures that tell the tale!

So, if you’ve got 20 minutes (or 20 hours if you are interested in sexy motorcars!), why not pop into www.Super2CV.com

I’ll probably be hanging around there some place myself!
