A Blog of your own!
As more and more people are visiting A Taste of Garlic every day, I’ve started to wonder if there are any people out there who might be interested in starting their own blogs and detailing the interesting (or otherwise) parts of their lives in France.
Perhaps there are but those people are put off by the complexities of getting a hosting deal and then setting up the mySQL databases and installing WordPress.
Perhaps there are people who have been blogging for a while and want to move from their Blogger hosted setup to a WordPress blog (like this one), with a real .com domain name and a dedicated email address (with autoresponder) but want someone else to handle the initial setup, the daily backups and to be on hand to help solve any little problems that might arise.
Accordingly, I am now able to offer a service that encompasses the complete setup and support of a WordPress blog hosted on my dedicated server at 1and1.fr
I am prepared to offer 6 themes (all of which can be edited), assistance with transferring any old data into the new blog, telephone support (Mon to Fri) and the essential (but often forgotten) daily backups and database maintenance.
This will come with a .com domain name of your choice and a dedicated email address.
This really is blogging made easy.
