An English Rose in France - Brittany
An English Rose in France is Rosalyn’s blog.
Rosalyn is one of my neighbours in down-town Southern Brittany and I used to work at the same abattoir as her husband Paul and their two sons Mike and Dan.
Rosalyn and Paul are friends of George East, the bearded vest wearing local author whom I interviewed all those yonks ago.
But, please don’t let that put you off!
Rosalyn writes about life on the Half Acre Farm, her animals, her family, cooking and, of course, her new grandson – the incomparable Kenzo!
I like the Rosie’s Kitchen bits best. I have tried this Tomato Soup and can testify that it tastes gorgeous.
Mind you, the chicken confusing article (first find one snail) is right up my street as well!

As well as the normal day to day stuff, Rosalyn does occasionally go out to Do the Tourist Bit.
All turkeys everywhere should take a look at… My Mummy Thinks I’m Pretty!
So, if you want to find out how the animals are doing at Half Acre Farm (or, if you want to know how Paul, Mike and Dan are doing at work), pop into An English Rose in France and take a look.
And, while you are there, say hello to Rosalyn and let her know what you think.
All the best
