Mini review – Brent, Jackie and Mikaela - Auvergne

Brent, Jackie and Mikaela is the blog of Brent Russell, his wife Jackie and their daughter Mikaela.

Now, as you all know, Brent is a famous rugby player who even has his own Wikipedia page!

The blog starts in September 2008 with Just started and comes to life, in my eyes anyway, in October of that year when Brent says.. Bonjour… having just moved to Clermont-Ferrand to join the world famous rugby club.

Initially Jackie stays in London but she manages to come over for a week’s break in the South of France and together they visit… Grenoble, Aix-en-Provence, Cannes and Monte Carlo in Monaco.

Not bad going, eh?

A quick rush forward to July 2009 and Brent and Jackie announce Our Wedding Day which is quickly followed by a Few Photos of Friends at the Wedding.

And then, of course, Our Honeymoon.

The next post, would you believe it, four months later is….

Wait for it….

You know what’s coming don’t you?

Our Little Baby!!

And on the 11th of May 2010 we can all say…. Welcome Mikaela Paige Russell.

The rest of the blog is largely taken up with pictures of Mikaela – such as these Mobile phone updates Mikaela – and why not?

Some time is taken to welcome some visitors though…

Such as Shells, Our first visitor and for the Grandpa and Granny Russell visit.

Oh, and Brent also finds a moment or two to help his rugby team become Champions de France!

Well, what can I say?

Brent, Jackie and Mikaela is a lovely blog and the first blog I have reviewed by a world class rugby player!

I’m going to follow Brent, Jackie and Mikaela faithfully and I’d advise you to pay a visit as well.
